Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Lankee Technologies Ltd. ("Lankeetech", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all clients, including individuals, startups, SMEs, NGOs, and corporate organizations.

2. Procurement & Advisory Services

Lankeetech provides technology procurement, hardware sourcing, and IT advisory services. While we leverage our technical expertise and market intelligence to recommend optimal solutions, the final purchasing decision and approval rest entirely with the client. We do not manufacture the hardware we supply.

3. Hardware Warranties & Condition

Brand-New Devices: All brand-new laptops and hardware are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Lankeetech will assist in coordinating warranty claims where applicable, but we are not the direct warrantor.

UK-Used / Certified Pre-Owned: Certified pre-owned devices are subjected to our rigorous quality assurance checks prior to delivery. Any stipulated vendor warranties will be explicitly stated in your procurement invoice. Modifying the hardware voids this warranty.

4. Payments & Bulk Orders

For single and bulk procurement orders, a payment schedule (including required deposits) will be outlined in your final quotation. Procurement initiates only upon receipt of the agreed-upon initial payments. All sales are final once hardware has been procured from our vendor network, except in cases of verified hardware defects upon arrival.

5. Delivery & Inspection Period

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Lankeetech is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

Inspection Period: Clients have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any physical damage or immediate hardware failure. Claims made after this 48-hour window will be processed under standard warranty terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lankee Technologies Ltd., its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your access to or use of our procured hardware or advisory services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact our support team at lankeetech@gmail.com.
